Janice has been working with us for over a year. She is originally from Napal and has worked with several families in the Manhattan area. We are also a family friendly agency we allow a lot of off time for cleaners to spend with their family and friends. Most cleaners work part-time. Only one to two jobs per day.
We do all levels of cleaning. To minor cleaning to heaviest level cleaning. We have a no judgement policy. We also have a all inclusive rate that even includes laundry.
Here is some but not all of whats included. We clean apartment, duplexes, houses, basements, attics, garages, all residential and commercial.
We do move in/move out cleaning, after party cleaning, post construction cleaning, basic cleaning, guest cleaning, spring cleaning,yearly project cleaning.

We offer three types of cleaning basic, deep and customized.
Basic cleaning includes the following: Kitchen: Cobwebs removed, counters, appliances and outside of the cabinets, windows, outside and inside the microwave, outside of the refrigerator, baseboards, thresholds, stove top cleaned, under stove top hood, floors dusted, floors swept, sink cleaned, floors mopped, trash removed. Bathroom: Cobwebs removed, sink cleaned, mirrors cleaned, outside of the cabinets, windows, toilets cleaned, base toilet cleaned, tiles grout mildew, bathtub cleaned, floor hand cleaned, floors dusted, floors swept, floors mopped.Bedroom/Livingroom/Hallway/Foyer: Cobwebs removed, furniture polished, beds made, windows cleaned, floors dusted, swept, mopped, vacuumed, trash removed.
Deep cleaning includes the following: Kitchen: Cobwebs removed, counters, appliances and outside of the cabinets, windows, outside and inside the microwave, outside of the refrigerator, baseboards, thresholds, stove top cleaned, under stove top hood, floors dusted, floors swept, sink cleaned, floors mopped, trash removed, walls cleaned, blinds cleaned, inside oven, inside cabinets, inside refrigerator. Feng Shui Cleaning (by request) :
One of the fundamental principles of Feng Shui is Yin and Yang. It is a representation of balance and continual change. Yin and Yang is a foundation theory for Feng Shui that supports its other theories such as the Five Elements theory which will be discussed later in this section.

With Feng Shui cleaning option which you would need to select we use Feng Shui principles in cleaning based on studying Andy research we also train cleaners who we would send for Feng Shui cleaning. This is optional but a amazing addition to the services we offer.
If you have a only laundry package cleaning or only window cleaning please select 2 hour basic cleaning option when booking.
Customized cleaning is any type of cleaning needed with no set limit on the level of cleaning. Basic, deep, etc. The cleaner will follow instructions set out based on your needs. Still one flat rate time frame. In which you decide what needs to get done. The cleaners do work at a speedy pace but still being thorough. You can let limits on the time frame per room in advance if needed. As a example..only 35 minutes on the bathroom, 45 minutes on the kitchen etc. Let us know when booking if any time limits per room or let the cleaner know on arrival.
